Do you want a successful digitalization of both, your office and external sales? Then take into consideration the most common implementation pitfalls. Simon’s implementation process is aimed at protecting you from these pitfalls. Together with our experienced consultants you will get to work on implementing the basic functionalities. In addition, in the second part of the implementation there is room for coaching your field employees and/or mechanics. Between the first and second training, there will be several contact moments between you and our implementation consultant. Here, the state of affairs is discussed and any support offered. At the end of the entire implementation process an evaluation will take place. After the implementation you can always contact Simple-Simon for a follow-up course and to ask questions.
