Easily adjust the order of your tables, filter, and search effortlessly for key data. Turn tables on or off for a customized overview.

How to adjust the display of your table structure?

Easily customize your table structure in Simon. Optimize your schedule list, work orders, and items in just a few steps. Follow the four steps below and get started right away.
1. Open the schedule list. Go to your Planning list under “Planning” and click on the eye icon (next to the search bar);
2. Turn columns on or off. Click on the menu icon (next to the eye icon). In the window that appears, check the boxes for the columns you want to display. Want to turn off a column? Uncheck the box;
3. Rearrange columns. Change the order by dragging a column. Click and hold the bar, then drag it up or down. You can also do this by using the dots behind the column name;
4. Filter by column. Filter within a column using the arrows or search by name or number.

Good to know: These steps apply not only to the schedule list but also to the table structure of your work orders and items. Soon, this feature will be available for more parts of your account.
