Communicate efficiently with your customers thanks to Simple-Simon

Simon helps you communicate more efficiently with your customers!

As you have read earlier, the Simple-Simon team has been busy creating a new and improved version of Simple-Simon. Earlier, we highlighted the greatly improved user interface (UI). Now the focus is on the improved communication with your customers! In fact, from now on it is possible to send more information to your customers. As of now, when creating or changing a schedule, you can send a message to your customers. Once again, both the old and new versions can be used simultaneously and side by side. So you can continue your work at all times.

Support for five types of messages

As a Simon user, you choose which messages you want to send or not send. So you decide when and with what message you want to inform your customers. Each message can be an e-mail and/or SMS. You can enable or disable the following messages:
• A new schedule;
• Appointment Reminder;
• Upon a change in appointment;
• When your field representative is on the road;
• Once the employee starts working.

Appointment confirmation new schedule

You now have the ability to let your customers confirm or decline a plan appointment! This prevents you from standing in front of a closed door! This can be done with SMS or e-mail, where SMS is a much more effective way of communication! Moreover, you can immediately see in the planning board whether an appointment is confirmed, rejected or not yet read. With a push on the button you then have the phone number to make contact if necessary. Personalize the message by adding a logo. Then create your own confirmation page to suit your needs, with of course the necessary scheduling details. Send your customer to a specific landing page after accepting or declining an appointment. For example, a thank you page when the customer accepts the appointment. Or send your customer to a contact page for making a new appointment when he refuses the current appointment.

In your schedule, you see the status of the appointment. When your client accepts the appointment, the color turns darker green. If your client has yet to respond to confirm the appointment, there is a question mark in front of the appointment. Should the appointment be rejected by your client, it turns red.

Resend the schedule confirmation message when a change occurs, or manually update the status when you speak to the customer.

From your office environment, view appointment confirmation status including important information.

Avoid standing in front of a closed door

You now have the option to send an SMS and/or e-mail when you start driving, indicating your expected time of arrival. Or use the function to add a time window to your SMS and/or e-mail. Here you have an adjustable margin regarding arrival time.

Use different message groups. For example, the message flow and content can be different for an installation work order versus a repair work order. In addition to scheduling messages, finished work order messages can also be formatted with a logo and URL. In short, all work order and/or work address information can be personalized to your liking.

Show more users on one screen

From now on you can show more users in one overview in your plan board without having to scroll to the right. Ideal if you work with an ultrawide monitor and if you have many field workers.
