An important addition: you can now view and adjust your planning for the whole month with our monthly planning board. This gives you a clear overview, so you can always look ahead and plan.

The new planning board offers several advantages that make your work easier. Plan your month without worry for all your users and make sure everyone is always up to date. Direct and efficient: plan your month with Simple-Simon

Simple-Simon’s new monthly planning board makes your monthly planning easier and more efficient. The convenient features make planning clear and intuitive. Here are a few additions to optimize ease of use:

✅Choose which users and days you want to see
Easily select which users are visible and whether weekends are displayed. Click the licensed user icon to show only licensed users, or turn it off to display all users. This way you maintain an overview of the right employees. Use the calendar icon with a red box to enable or disable weekends so you can schedule on the days that are relevant to you;
✅View working time percentage at a glance
Use the battery icon in the header to see the total workload percentage for the month. Click the icon by a specific day to see the workload for that day. The number shows the number of work orders for the month or day, depending on the view selected, while the percentage shows the workload. For more details, click on the i icon;
✅Real-time insight into user activity
Hover over a user block and a tooltip appears after half a second. This displays the percentage of work time and helps you optimize scheduling. The colored bar immediately shows whether a field service employee is traveling, working on a work order, or has completed it.

Easy rescheduling with drag and drop functionality

With the drag-and-drop functionality in Simple-Simon, you adjust your schedule fast and flexible. Easily move a work order within the same day or slide it to another day for the same user. Is an employee absent due to illness or vacation? Then move the task effortlessly to another user. Thanks to real-time insight into the availability of your employees, you always have a clear overview of their schedule, so you can respond quickly to unforeseen circumstances. This way, you always stay in control and can immediately respond to changing situations without disrupting your schedule.

User-friendly insight with the user block

The user block provides instant insight into your employees’ plannings and tasks. Easily add new plannings, shift tasks to another time, or view a user’s weekly overview. Move your mouse over a user block and a tooltip will appear after half a second. You then see at a glance the total number of schedules for that day, the scheduled work hours and the expected work time, which helps you fine-tune the planning. In addition, the colored bar in the block shows whether a field worker is traveling, working on a work order, or has completed it. So you always have full control over the progress of your planning.
