You can now easily send messages to your customers about appointment confirmations and arrival times, so that you will not find yourself in front of a locked door anymore! Inform customers easily via SMS, email or both when scheduling the appointment, in case of any changes and send a reminder email so that customers are always informed.

The advantages of the SMS and e-mail function

Perhaps the biggest annoyance of any technician, standing in front of a closed door. With the improved SMS and e-mail function this belongs to the past! The arrival time is calculated automatically. So the customer will exactly know what time the mechanic is arriving at their door. Also any changes in the appointment are communicated immediately.
